The Office of Student Conduct operates in the division of Student Development and exists to educate students about community standards, promote student learning, and facilitate the development of thoughtful and responsible citizens through a fundamentally fair process. The Office of Student Conduct Records contains both administrative and operating files, dating 1983-2008.

Biographical/Historical Note

The Office of Student Conduct operates in the division of Student Development. The mission of the Office of Student Conduct is to educate students about community standards, promote student learning, and facilitate the development of thoughtful and responsible citizens through a fundamentally fair process. The office accomplishes this mainly through implementation and enforcement of the Academic Integrity Code and the Code of Student Conduct. Other areas of jurisdiction of the Office of Student Conduct include: Alcohol & Drug Policies, Sexual Assault, Residence Hall Housing Contract, and Football Tailgating.

Scope and Contents

The Office of Student Conduct Records contains both administrative and operating files, dating 1983-2008. The administrative files include correspondence, calendars, floppy disks, evaluations, schedules and planning documents. The operating documents include photographs and documents from the Student Honor Board, procurement requests, legal services contracts, and copies of the Code of Student Conduct.
